Station Commander Training 2019

Over the past month, over 3 weekends, our Training Department has hosted and trained all of our newly elected Station Commanders. They have gone through an intense 3 day induction workshop, spending time with each department; Operations, Drowning Prevention, IT, Marketing, Fundraising and Finance, learning and equipping themselves for their Leadership roles.We appreciate each one of you for taking time away from your busy schedules and families. Working together to save lives, change lives and create futures. Thank you.
