While NSRI crews and lifeguards are out saving lives, we have a team raising funds to support their efforts. If you are goal-oriented, enthusiastic and results-driven with excellent communication skills. We’d love to consider you for the team. The role is based at our Head Office in Milnerton, Cape Town.

Duties and Responsibilities    
Conduct outbound calls to prospective donors.
Persuade potential donors to donate and support the NSRI
Follow-up on existing and previous donors for potential support.
Utilise CRM and data entry.
Achieve targets and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Build donor relationships.

Minimum Requirements    
Grade 12/equivalent
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales or similar environment.
Proficient in English / other languages an advantage
Basic computer skills.
Persistent with sales and results driven.
Excellent time management.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Problem solving skills with ability to handle objections.
